PAST PERFORMANCES
The Lost Lombi production began in a West London gallery, The Muse on Portobello Road, with a minimalist set utilising art chosen by artists who had previously exhibited their work in the space. Further collaborations with a composer, sound engineer, and cinematographer helped evolve the production into a multimedia venture, assembling digital media, textiles and painting to create authenticity. The production evolved with a cast who broke through the forth wall together and built a family that prevails today. With popular acclaim the producers and director of the play evolved the production from a venture to showcase new material and raise funds for War Child, to an independent vehicle occupying innovative spaces in West London, touring with the cast to expand the limits of what’s possible and how the immersive potential of the play can take shape.
Most recently, The LOST Lombi had two performances at The Playground Theatre as part of the Women’s Voices Festival in commemoration of International Women’s Day
